1. Policy Overview At TopFollower, we stand behind the quality of our digital services. However, due to the nature of digital marketing and social media services, refunds are handled under specific professional criteria to ensure fairness for both the customer and the service provider.
2. Full Refund Eligibility You are entitled to a 100% refund of your purchase price under the following conditions:
-
Non-Delivery: If the order processing has not commenced within 72 hours of the estimated start time (excluding delays caused by social media platform maintenance or global updates).
-
Technical Failure: If a permanent technical issue on our infrastructure prevents the fulfillment of the service.
3. Partial Refunds
-
Partial Delivery: In the event that a service is only partially delivered (e.g., 500 followers delivered out of 1000), a pro-rated refund will be issued to your account balance or original payment method for the undelivered portion.
4. Refill vs. Refund (Drop Policy)
-
Social media platforms periodically update their algorithms, which may lead to a "drop" in counts.
-
If the service is marked with a "Refill Guarantee," we will replenish the dropped amount free of charge within the guarantee period (typically 30 days).
-
Refunds are not issued for drops if a "Refill" option is available and active.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios (User Liability)
-
Private Accounts: Services cannot be delivered to private profiles. If you place an order for a private account, the system may flag it as "Completed" without delivery. No refunds are issued for this user error.
-
Username Changes: If you change your social media handle/username while an order is "In Progress," the tracking link breaks, and the service is terminated without a refund.
-
Overlap Orders: If you order from multiple providers for the same link simultaneously, we cannot distinguish the source of delivery. No refunds will be provided for count discrepancies in these cases.
6. Processing Time for Refunds Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution's policies.
